Preheat air-fryer to 350 degrees.
Slice sprouts in half. Season with salt, pepper, and toss in avocado oil.
Place sprouts in air-fryer for 10 minutes, but be sure to shake basket at the 5-minute mark.
While sprouts roast warm teriyaki sauce in a saucepan.
In a bowl, toss roasted sprouts with sauce.
Top sprouts with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes.
