Roasted Teriyaki Brussels Sprouts

Add a new flavor to your brussels sprouts.

  • Air Fryer


  • 1 pound brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce marinade
  • 1 sliced green onion
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional


  • Preheat air-fryer to 350 degrees.
  • Slice sprouts in half. Season with salt, pepper, and toss in avocado oil.
  • Place sprouts in air-fryer for 10 minutes, but be sure to shake basket at the 5-minute mark.
  • While sprouts roast warm teriyaki sauce in a saucepan.
  • In a bowl, toss roasted sprouts with sauce.
  • Top sprouts with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes.


The sauce is store purchased but feel free to make your own teriyaki sauce.
